Water is a critical component of staying healthy. You should be drinking around 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water per day. So if you weigh 100 lbs., you would drink 50 ounces of water. Healthy drinking water is vital if you want to keep your human biome and brain functioning properly.
If your drinking unfiltered water from the tap, you are ingesting chlorine, fluoride, bacteria, sediments, and other harmful materials potentially including anti-biotics and pesticides. Chlorine and fluoride interact with the pineal gland in the brain and cause it to calcify. They also affect thyroid function as well. The thyroid uses iodine to function properly and these elements are also halides and so they react similar to the iodine and take it’s place.
Chlorine also kills the good flora in the gut which is critical to proper bowel function. Without a healthy biome in the gut, the gut wall distends and becomes inflamed. This inflammation causes Leaky Gut Syndrome. This allows harmful undigested particles to leak directly into the bloodstream. These particles are identified as foreign proteins by the immune system and get attacked . This sets off an auto-immune response.
This process is called agglutination. It literally translates to “glue”. These glued particles then get stuck in your joints, heart, brain, arteries, etc. and leads to inflammation of all of these organs and tissues. This my friends is the root of all disease, all pathology, and most cancers if left untreated in a chronic condition.
So keeping your gut healthy is really a critical component of overall health and wellness. By eliminating the tap water with all it’s dangerous chemicals, you give your gut and brain a chance to heal. The human biome is critical to overall health.
Do yourself a favor and invest in some sort of water filtration system. There are lots of them out there. Do your homework and decide what’s right for you. Depending on your budget and how deep you want to go with this.
I invested in a gravity filtration system by ProPur. It’s a counter top one that wasn’t too expensive, but filters up to 2 gallons of water at a time. It’s a lot more effective than the Brita or Pur water filtration systems you hook up at the sink.
So make the switch away from tap water and start drinking more filtered water or natural spring water. Staying hydrated with healthy water is a must for anyone interested in overall health.
