Present Time Consciousness

Present Time Consciousness or (PTC) is a phrase I first heard coined by Dr. James Parker years ago in Dallas, TX.  What PTC means is focusing on what is in front of you with intent.  When a patient is in front of me, my  focus is healing intent.  This intention and focus of my  mind’s eye towards a purpose of healing has power.  This power helps to heal the patient along with the power of human touch.  The purposeful adjustment of a specific vertebrae to restore motion and health to the nerve system, thus removing interference in that system so it can naturally communicate to every cell of the body.

So, whatever it is you are doing, do it with good intent and focus.  Turn off the cell phone for awhile.  Pay attention to what is around you.  Look people in the eye and smile at them.  When you operate in PTC, you will experience a much better life and will realize the fruits of improved focus and attention.  You will connect more with people and your environment.  You might even drive better! LOL
