The FOUR Elements

As we head into this hectic Holiday Season, I want to remind everybody to take some time to Slooow down and interface with the four elements. Spend some time in front of a fire with some good friends. Go outside and take a deep breath of cold crisp winter air with a hint of woodsmoke in it. Take a long bath or jump in the hot tub and relax for 20 minutes. Go outside for a walk or hike through the woods at a local park.

When you interface with the Earth, wind, fire, and water; those elements calm you as your vibration sync’s up with their vibration. We get tuned to a new vibration or frequency after we’ve spent time immersed in their presence.

Ever notice how you feel relaxed after a barefoot walk on the beach? Take notice of these moments and appreciate them. These moments are the ones that keep us grounded and calm. Chiropractic adjustments also help to remove the tension from your body and reduce stress.

So if you want to stay calm and relaxed through the Holidays, then interface with the four elements and come in for an adjustment.

Peace,

Dr. Lask
