As we head into this hectic Holiday Season, I want to remind everybody to take some time to Slooow down and interface with the four elements. Spend some time in front of a fire with some good friends. Go outside and take a deep breath of cold crisp winter air with a hint of woodsmoke in it. Take a long bath or jump in the hot tub and relax for 20 minutes. Go outside for a walk or hike through the woods at a local park.
When you interface with the Earth, wind, fire, and water; those elements calm you as your vibration sync’s up with their vibration. We get tuned to a new vibration or frequency after we’ve spent time immersed in their presence.
