Attitude of Gratitude

Starting each day with an Attitude of Gratitude sets the framework for your days events. So before your feet hit the ground in the morning, take a moment while lying in bed and think about all the things that you are thankful for in your life. Your health, your family, friends, all of your relationships. Focus on a few key areas or ideas in your mind’s eye and mentally see fulfillment in that area.

Another key area for gratitude is giving, serving, and volunteering. Donate some clothes or food items. We are heading into a cold time of year where many people need warm blankets and coats. Give those old ones your not using anymore. Serve at a local homeless shelter or food pantry. Those places need help all the time stocking food shelves or serving hot meals.

Notice the beauty all around you. The trees Fall color is unbelievably beautiful this time of year. Appreciate it. Get out and go for a drive for the sole purpose of enjoying the Fall foliage. Absorb the bright sunlight and marvel at the bright red burning bushes. There is beauty and miracles all around you if we just take the time to notice them.

Give thanks to God, Universal Intelligence, or whatever higher power you observe. The point is , to give thanks, have an Attitude of Gratitude, and have an Amazing Life!!!
