Your health is the most important asset you posses. Without it, you can’t achieve success in business or life. You don’t realize how important it is until you lose it. Then you realize how massively important your health really is in life.
There are things you can do to improve it and things to destroy it. Leading a sedentary life, eating crappy foods, taking lots of medications, drinking to excess, smoking, all lead to poor health. Staying active, eating raw fruits and vegetables and lean proteins, staying hydrated, getting adjusted all help lead to good health.
