Summer sandalthotics

Summertime is the time of year when most people start wearing sandals.  Foot Levelers recently came out with custom made orthotics for your shoes that are made into sandals.  They are called sandalthotics and are custom made for each person based on a casting of each foot.  This is a great way to look fashionable and maintain support for your feet and also to help stabilize your pelvis.  Pelvic stability is the key to keeping your spine healthy.  The pelvis acts as the foundation for your spine.  If it gets out of alignment, then the rest of your spine will follow.  It’s similar to a car that gets out of alignment and then the tires start to wear out prematurely.  Also, if a person has a short leg, they will have spinal problems-guaranteed.

Do yourself a favor and have your feet checked by your chiropractor so he can properly recommend a treatment plan for you to get everything in alignment and get your nervous system communicating to every cell of your body.  “Health comes from the inside out, not the outside in.”
