Happy New Year to all! Often times with a new year, people reflect back on the previous year and look forward to the upcoming year and ask certain critical questions. One of the most important questions you can ask yourself is concerning your health and fitness. Did you achieve your health and fitness goals for the previous year? Well did you? If not, you need to change what your doing to get a different result.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. What are you going to change in 2011? What do you want to achieve with your health and fitness? Are you happy with where you are physically? How’s your endurance? your stamina? your vitality? If it’s less than optimal, what are you doing to change it?
Many people just need to make a new commitment to themselves to start doing the things necessary to improve their health and their life. I believe in three core areas to improve your health and fitness. 1. Exercise 2. Diet 3. Nerve function.
Exercise- weight bearing exercises mixed with cardio-3-4x/week for 30+ minutes.
Diet- raw fruits and vegetables, water, lean proteins. Avoid fatty foods, preservatives, artificial anything.-Daily.
Nerve function-remove interference from your nervous system with regular chiropractic adjustments that reduces the tension from your nerve system.-1x/week.
If you will commit to this plan, I GUARANTEE you will feel and look better by this time next year. Commit to yourself, change some things in your life; if not now, when? Aren’t you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
